Journey retreatsinclude delicious nutritional meals, yoga, meditation, art expression, journaling, and a variety of outdoor activities such as snowshoeing, horseback riding, hiking, nature walks, hay rides, canoeing, fireside chats, and more.
Journey retreats take place in home-like settings to enhance comfort and openess. Our programs build individual and communal resilience and place an emphasis on wholeness.
Journey retreats offer a variety of professional services with a trained staff. Retreats are free of charge.
